Learned so much from this breakdown, their team seems so cool and it all seems so straightforward in hindsight. Love the forced joining of the Slack channel in the early days. And never knew they started the GTM Engineer, wonder if they thought it'd take off like this?

Straightforward in hindsight is a good way to frame it. On its surface forcing people into a channel has never worked well in my experience but we're talking about agencies in 2022 so I have to assume that 90+ percent of them were already using Slack. These early users probably loved such direct access and instant feedback since they live on tight timelines and responding to customer needs.

Is there someone else I know with a tight ICP and an audience on Slack that could benefit from instant feedback too? 😊
